To open a pestoto account, you provide a username (3–20 characters), a valid email address, a mobile phone number, a strong password, and confirm your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We send a verification link to your email; click it to activate your account. When you request your first withdrawal, we ask you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification: you submit a copy of your national ID, proof of address, and sometimes a selfie. This process protects your account and ensures we comply with anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations. If the payment failed (your account was not charged), try again with a different payment method or contact pestoto support. We review all withdrawals for security; this normally takes 24–48 hours. Withdrawal timelines depend on your payment method and our security review. After you request a withdrawal, pestoto reviews it for fraud and compliance, which typically takes 24–48 hours. Once approved, the funds are sent to your payment method. e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment usually deliver within a few minutes to an hour. Bank transfers to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment may take one to two business days, depending on bank processing times. During major holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), bank processing may be slower. You can track your withdrawal status in the Transactions section of your pestoto account at any time.

To enable 2FA on pestoto, log in, go to Account Settings > Security, and tap Enable Two-Factor Authentication. You are prompted to confirm your mobile phone number and then enter a code sent via SMS. After confirmation, you receive a 2FA code every time you log in from a new device. Save the backup codes provided (in case you lose access to your phone) in a safe place. 2FA significantly protects your account from unauthorized access; we strongly recommend enabling it. If you lose your 2FA device, use your backup codes to log in, or contact support to disable 2FA temporarily so you can regain access.
