When you join pestoto, you agree to the terms that govern your account, your deposits, your withdrawals, and your gameplay. We've written these terms to be clear and direct—no legal jargon where plain language works better. Our policy covers account eligibility, payment methods, bonus conditions, dispute resolution, and the jurisdictional limits that apply to your access to our platform.
These terms apply whether you access pestoto via Android app, iOS browser, or desktop. They bind you and pestoto equally. We enforce them consistently across all users—no exceptions, no shortcuts. If any part of these terms conflicts with local law in your jurisdiction, that local law prevails for you, but the remainder of our terms stay in force.

Account Opening & Your Eligibility
To open a pestoto account, you must be at least the age of legal responsibility in your jurisdiction and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are available. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that access and use of pestoto comply with your own jurisdiction's law.
When you register on pestoto, you provide your legal name, email, phone number, and date of birth. You confirm that this information is accurate and complete. We use this data to verify your identity (KYC) when you request a withdrawal. If we discover that your account details are false or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend your account and forfeit any balance pending verification.
You may hold only one pestoto account. If we discover duplicate accounts linked to the same person, payment method, or device, we merge or close accounts at our discretion and investigate for bonus abuse or fraud. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone else accesses your account, you notify us immediately. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions if you failed to protect your password.
Our pestoto Account Security Policy

All deposits are instant—your balance updates as soon as the payment provider confirms the transfer. Minimum deposit is set per payment method in the deposit interface; maximum deposit is set per account level.
Withdrawal Conditions on pestoto
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Upload a valid ID (passport or national ID), confirm your phone and email, and provide your residential address. We do not permit bonus stacking, bonus abuse, or circumvention of playthrough rules. If we detect these patterns, we forfeit the bonus, suspend the account, and may forfeit the balance. We investigate every suspicious case individually; we do not refund unless we find an error on our side.
Gameplay Rules & Settlement
All games on pestoto (slots, live dealer, sportsbook, esports) are governed by the game provider's rules and our settlement policy. For slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Mahjong Ways, Yggdrasil titles), the outcome is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Each game publishes its theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility rating. We do not guarantee outcomes; every spin is independent and random.
For live dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), settlement happens in real time as the dealer reveals cards or the wheel stops. We do not reverse settled outcomes. If a technical error occurs during a hand, we investigate and replay the hand from the point of error if possible, or cancel the bet and refund it.
For sportsbook and esports bets, settlement occurs when the event concludes and the official result is confirmed. We use official league data (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, etc.) as settlement source. If an official decision is overturned (VAR reversal, match replay, etc.), we adjust settlement accordingly. We do not settle on unofficial results or forecasts.
Dispute Resolution & Contact
If you believe pestoto has violated its terms, settled a game incorrectly, or processed your account improperly, contact our support team immediately. We respond to all complaints within one business day. We investigate and provide a written resolution within seven days. If you disagree with our resolution, you may escalate to our compliance team by emailing us with full details of the dispute.
We do not offer arbitration or binding mediation at this time. Your sole remedy is account credit, bonus reversal, or settlement correction as applicable. You waive the right to legal action except as required by your local jurisdiction. If local law gives you rights beyond our terms, those rights apply despite our terms.

Jurisdiction & Service Availability
We provide pestoto services only where local law permits online wagering. You are responsible for confirming that your jurisdiction allows access to pestoto. We do not knowingly provide services in jurisdictions where they are prohibited. If you access pestoto from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk, and we reserve the right to close your account and forfeit your balance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where pestoto operates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of pestoto is subject to that jurisdiction's legal framework. If a clause in these terms is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that clause is severed, but all other clauses remain valid.
Data Privacy & Your Information
When you use pestoto, we collect your account data (name, email, phone, ID information), payment data (deposit/withdrawal history, payment method details), and gameplay data (which games you play, your balance history, your win/loss record). We use this data to operate the platform, comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, request corrections, or request account closure. Contact our support team to exercise these rights. Upon account closure, we delete personal data within 30 days per our privacy policy. We retain transaction records as required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or our policies. We notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account. Continued use of pestoto after the notification period means you accept the updated terms.
